Kemp Soccer Summer Internship Program

An Academy Environment. Not Just Training Sessions

Step inside the Kemp Soccer environment this summer and gain real experience in coaching, media, operations, leadership, and player development.

This is more than helping at sessions. This is an opportunity to learn how an academy inspired soccer organization operates from the inside.

At Kemp Soccer Development, we believe in developing young ladies and gentlemen first, soccer players second. Our internship program follows that same mission. Interns will be challenged, mentored, and trusted to contribute to a serious, professional, and energetic summer environment.

Summer Term: June – August
Location: South Jersey
Tracks: Coaching, Media, Operations
Ideal For: High school leaders, college students, former players, aspiring coaches, sports management students, and creatives

Why This Internship Exists

Kemp Soccer Development was built to create more than training sessions.

We are building an environment where players are challenged, supported, and prepared for the next level on and off the field. The Summer Internship Program gives ambitious young people the chance to be part of that mission while developing their own leadership, confidence, and professional skills.

Interns will gain hands on experience during summer programs, training sessions, events, camps, media projects, and academy operations.

This is not a passive internship. You will learn, contribute, be held to a standard, and you will grow.
