The Kemp Soccer Development Select Academy Experience is more than just a training program. It’s a chance to compete globally, grow personally, and experience soccer at the highest level. In April 2026, our 2012/2013 Girls Academy Squad will head to England for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play against top academies, train with professional coaches, and immerse themselves in the culture of the world’s most iconic footballing nation. From competitive matches at home with summer select to unforgettable international trips, this program is built for ambitious young women and men ready to take the next step.
This program is open to players nationwide (the program is based in South Jersey/NJ). Competition starts at home with domestic tournaments through summer select. Training in a professional environment that allows growth in this sport. Our select programs are invite only with the focus on only a few age groups at a time. This ensures that each team is truly cared for on their soccer journey.
Since 2016, we have traveled with multiple teams to Europe, providing players and their families with the trip of a lifetime. Over the past two years alone, we have taken three teams to England, bringing more than 150 travelers, including players and supporters. One of our biggest highlights was taking a group of young ladies to the 2019 Women’s World Cup in France, where they trained and played against professional academies, toured iconic stadiums, visited world-famous landmarks in London, Liverpool and other English cities, and made lasting international friendships. They attended several matches leading up to the U.S. Women’s National Team being crowned champions.

While playing against international competition is valuable for player development, the most important aspect of these trips is experiencing the native culture. Match results are not the focus.
