The International Experience
The International Experience focuses on developing young talent by giving training academy players the opportunity to compete against top-level opposition. Both young women and men are challenged to perform at a high level while gaining an appreciation for different cultures around the world.

Since 2016, we have traveled with multiple teams to Europe, providing players and their families with the trip of a lifetime. Over the past two years alone, we have taken three teams to England, bringing more than 150 travelers, including players and supporters. One of our biggest highlights was taking a group of young ladies to the Women’s World Cup in France, where they trained and played against professional academies, toured iconic stadiums, visited world-famous landmarks, and made lasting international friendships. They attended several matches leading up to the U.S. Women’s National Team being crowned champions.

While playing against international competition is valuable for player development, the most important aspect of these trips is experiencing the native culture. Match results are not the focus. This journey is about building a foundation of match understanding while growing as a person. On every trip, we ensure players have ample time to explore, visit the country’s most iconic locations, engage with the local community, and exchange lifestyles with its citizens.
