Be Constantly Good, Than Occasionally Great

One Thought

Not every day is going to be Christmas. We will have good, bad, and great moments. Life happens. The types of habits that we create for ourselves separates these moments. This comes down to a few things that allows us to fully prepare for training as well as for matches.

I'd rather be consistently good, than occasionally great. Giving myself every opportunity to push belief into game, my life, and others around me. Of course I would love to be consistently great, but we are going to make plenty of mistakes along the way. We are human and we do enjoy to sit back every once in awhile. I know that I am not going to kill every session I deliver as a coach. It is same for my players. I know that they will not be at their best every single day. But, we set standards for ourselves to allow us to be consistently good. Without those standards we will be ok with being mediocre.

The season is quickly approaching and it is time to fully prepare for what is to come. Wake up earlier and begin your rhythm. Create good habits. Hold yourself accountable. Believe in what you are trying to achieve. Be proud of what you have accomplished so far. Fall season is now here. Let's take this on together
